1. Legal Entity & Publisher Information

The service is operated by HYGIOPULSE SARL AU, a sole-shareholder limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Morocco, registered under Enterprise Identification Number (ICE) 004032665000060, with registered offices situated in Casablanca, Morocco.

2. Service Scope & Zero-App QR Code Model

HygioPulse provides a SaaS solution for tracking and verifying hygiene and property cleaning interventions, tailored for property managers (HOAs), short-term rental hosts (Airbnb), healthcare clinics, sports complexes, and cleaning contractors.

The service operates through physical weather-resistant vinyl QR Code tags installed at customer facilities. Cleaners validate completed tasks in 30 seconds using standard mobile browser cameras, with zero mobile app download or installation required. Facility managers and building residents access timestamped audit trails and records.

3. Plans, Pricing & Billing Currencies

Software access is billed on a per-facility active monthly or annual basis:

QR vinyl stickers are included in the subscription. Replacement tags can be ordered from your account area for 9 €.

4. No Lock-In & Cancellation at Any Time

All HygioPulse subscriptions are free of any long-term commitment or minimum lock-in period. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time directly through their account settings or by email notice to contact@hygiopulse.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. In accordance with our refund policy, consumed or partially consumed monthly periods are non-refundable.

5. Fair Use & Worker Privacy Protection

HygioPulse is built strictly to provide objective proof of completed cleaning work, eliminating disputes while safeguarding worker privacy. The system must not be used as continuous surveillance software.

Scans are voluntary and recorded only upon task completion. There is no real-time or background continuous GPS tracking.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, branding, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive property of HYGIOPULSE SARL AU. Customer building data and inspection logs remain the sole property of the customer.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing amicable settlement within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
